Development of a master plan aimed at fulfilling the immediate needs of the company, and also at taking into account the possibility for a possible future development.

The master plan includes:

• in the immediate:

a) enlargement of the workshop by an area equal to twice the existing one and the same time, the construction of a building where to allocate agricultural vehicles already processed for delivery to customers;

b) The construction of a parking lot covered with polyester awning where to park used agricultural  vehicles;

• in the future

the construction of a new showroom for new vehicles and a large marquee for the display of new vehicles outdoors.

This building is constituted by a plate on the ground floor where are provided spaces for commercial  businesses and two floors in elevation, arranged to C along the fronts, so as to create a raised courtyard open along one side, where are arranged n ° 22 units properties held for offices in each plan.

The courtyard has a double function: it is to ensure the double ventilation in the building, and to provide a pleasant venue for various events.

Special attention has been given to the quality of the building, since it is located at the entrance of the city, both in regard to the design of the facades as to the use of materials (aluminum, glass, brick facing).
